Tideline by Olunda

One screen for how your business is doing

A management dashboard built on the systems you already use: your till, reservations, rota and bookkeeping. You have nothing new to learn and no spreadsheet to rebuild every week.

The screens on this page use sample data. They do not describe a real business.

Bars show wage cost as a share of revenue. Lower is better.

By Monday, last week is old news

Your numbers sit in several places. The till knows the sales, the reservation system knows the covers, the rota knows the hours, and your accountant knows the rest. Someone pulls it together by hand, usually on a Monday, and by then the week has already gone.

The data is not missing. It is spread out. What is missing is one place that answers the few questions you actually ask.

One number per question

We build the dashboard around the questions your management team asks every week. Each one gets a single number, set next to budget or last year, so you can see at a glance whether it needs your attention:

Every number comes from one of your own systems. Anything else sits one click further, not on the main screen. The dashboard works on a laptop and on a phone, and you can have it in your own colours. A small Tideline by Olunda mark sits on the screen, out of the way.

The levels build on each other, so a later step does not mean starting over. Each one is a starting point that we shape to your business.

One dashboard, shown the way your team looks at it

A4 report. One page for the weekly management meeting.

Start from a concept. End up with your own

Pulse, Control and Group are our standard concepts, so you never start from a blank page. From there we build it to your wishes: the questions your team asks, the numbers you want on the first screen, your own colours and logo, and modules that only matter in your business. When your questions change later, the dashboard can change with them.

How it works

Map

In the demo call you tell us which systems you use. We check which of them can be linked, and which cannot yet.

Build and connect

We build the dashboard around your questions and link it to your systems.

Keep it running

Olunda manages the dashboard for you and adapts it as your questions change.

Your dashboard, in your own cloud

The dashboard runs in your own Microsoft Azure account. You own that environment and the data in it. Olunda builds it and manages it for you, so you do not need an IT team to run it.

Works with the systems you already use

If your supplier offers an API or an MCP connection, we can link that system to your dashboard. Whether that door is open is up to the supplier, and sometimes depends on your plan with them. We check it for each of your systems in the demo call, and if one cannot be linked yet, we tell you.

  • What we link
    • Tills
    • Reservations
    • Rota and staff hours
    • Bookkeeping
    • Kitchen and purchasing
  • Already linked, for example
    • DISH/booq
    • Zenchef
    • Soigné
    • Nostradamus
    • Exact Online
    • Horeko

Why Olunda

We connect what you already have, so there is no new system to adopt. We do not resell software licences and take no commission from vendors, so we recommend what fits. And we work AI-native: AI agents take on the repetitive work, so you pay for results, not hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to replace any of my systems?

No. The dashboard reads from the systems you already use. We do not ask you to switch your till, your reservation system or your bookkeeping.

Can you adapt it to our business?

Yes. Pulse, Control and Group are starting points. We adjust the questions, the numbers on the first screen, the colours and the modules to how your business runs. What we change, and what it costs, is agreed with you before we start.

Where does my data live, and who owns it?

The dashboard runs in your own Microsoft Azure account. You own the environment and the data in it. Olunda builds and manages it. Because the cloud account is yours, Microsoft bills you directly for the hosting.

Which systems can you connect?

Any system whose supplier offers an API or an MCP connection to the figures we need. That is up to the supplier, and sometimes depends on your plan with them. We have already linked DISH/booq, Zenchef, Soigné, Nostradamus, Exact Online and Horeko. For anything else we check it in the demo call and tell you if it cannot be linked yet.

What if one of my systems cannot be connected?

Then we say so before anything is built. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet", and we would rather tell you that than sell you a dashboard with gaps in it.

How is it priced?

A one-off setup and a monthly subscription, agreed with you before we start. The price depends on the level and on the systems involved.

Is this only for restaurants and hotels?

We start with owner-run hospitality, from one location to a few. The pattern is wider: any business whose figures sit in several systems and that needs one answer per question. The demo call shows quickly whether it fits.

Book a 30-minute demo

We show you the sample dashboards, then look at your own setup: which systems you use and what can be linked. If it is not a fit yet, we will say so.

Tell us which systems you use. We tell you what can be linked.

We read every message ourselves.

Olunda - Keep it flowing.
